Obligations Under CLRA Act

🏢 Principal Employer Must:

  • Obtain Registration Certificate (Form I & II)
  • Ensure contractor is licensed
  • Provide welfare facilities: canteen, rest rooms, latrines
  • Verify timely wage payment by contractor
  • Maintain Register of Contractors (Form XII)
  • File Annual Return (Form XXIV)
